Now it has been discovered that even changing the date of iPhone, iPad and iPod can make the handsets useless for you.A video revolving on YouTube has shown that the devices which run on 64-bit processors or driven by iOS 8 or the latest, means iPhone 5s and those who are latest, when got their dates changed to January 1, 1970  and then re-booted, became actually like useless brick. 64-bit processors include A7, A8, A8x, A9, A9x.

Changing the date of iPhone can make it useless for users

Some users even complained that after this experiment, it took 5 hours to get their phone back in original condition. Some said that even fixation of date and rebooting again and again did not bring iPhone in its actual state and they have to go to Apple store to finally repair it.
