Previously the Street Journal reported the news that Microsoft is planning to become a minority investor in Cyanogen. But Bloomberg reports the opposite. As per reported by the reporting giant Microsoft shows no plans for investing in alternative OS technology. Still it aspires to partner with latter to get its software onto Cyanogen’s mobile OS. The Bloomberg reports that Cyanogen might secure funding of $110 million which will make it total of $500 or more value for the company. Premji Invest, will be among the investors in new round.
