Best Buy halts iPhone X sales after getting backlash over wrong pricing

  MPC Team

We had reported it last week that Best Buy had been selling the recently launched Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone X on a $100 higher price than the usual. This was done through the monthly installment plan offered by the retail company to the customers.

However, the company’s pricing policy has unfortunately backfired. The customers have given a serious backlash over the pricing technique and policy adopted by Best Buy for the two Apple iPhones.

Obviously, charging $100 more on an already highly-priced product will make people furious over an online retailer who has a great reputation and a larger customer base.

However, it now seems like as a reaction to that, Best Buy is going to stop the sales of these two phones rather than abiding by the recommended levels of pricing suggested by Apple. It appears that Best Buy has now taken a firm stand over this issue.

Although, if you still do not want to buy it from this retailer, then there are many other attractive offers from where you can buy the iPhone 8 or iPhone X at nominal and standard price set by Apple. The actual iPhone X price in Pakistan is Rs. 104,999, which turns about $1000 in USA where Best Buy is operating.
