iPhone 6s and 6s Plus were receiving a warm welcome even before the actual pre-ordering and shipping of the device. A new company statement has been recently released pointing out how well the company is doing in terms of production to break the last year’s record.

This is because the Cupertino Giant’s opening week sales hit record numbers for pre-order stock  which have already been sold worldwide. “Customer response to iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus has been extremely positive and preorders this weekend were very strong around the world”, … , and said in a statement. “We are on pace to beat last year’s 10 million unit first-weekend record when the new iPhones go on sale September 25”

The previous year iPhone hit 4million sales at the first 24 hours of pre-ordering. Even there are no exact stats for this right now but the only thing is that stocks have already been depleted. The only other thing that is witnessed is that Plus model doing a better job. It will get clearer as the pre-ordering session is over and shipping will start.

The BTIG research reports claim that the Tech giant will reach 80 million sales by the end of year which is more than 74 million previous year. Apple upgrade program is also launched in the light to further hike the interest in the current iPhone purchase craze.
