The successor of Ascend P7 is soon expected but with a moniker without Ascend. An event of Huawei is just due in London on April 15 and rumors are that P8 will debut. The company has already started sending the press invites. The event is scheduled at 3:00 pm. The event doesn’t reveal what it is coming for but we have our speculations. Recently P8 has been teased frequently and aggressively. The company also held press conference at MWC but did not reveal the P8.The rumored specs are 5.2-inch 1080p touchscreen. It runs Kirin 930 SoC sporting an octa-core CPU with 3GB of RAM. Camera-wise, 13 MP cameras on the back, and is powered by a 2,600 mAh battery.  The P8 may run Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Huawei is set for event on April 15, P8 will officially appear.
