According to Korean times, Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge orders for carriers reached 20 million. This whopping figure is a record order placed for any device. Out of 20 million orders, 15 million have been placed for Samsung S6 and 5 million goes to rather expensive S6 Edge. Moreover, the smartphones are now ready to pre-order in Netherlands where Samsung Galaxy S6 is priced at €700 ($750), while the S6 edge costs €850 ($923) without contract commitment.The analyst expressed that the devices’ premium specs will help the flagship duo to beat its competitors and prominent rivals like iPhone 6. Samsung Mobile’s head JK Shin has confidently stated that sale of S6 will be higher than that of Galaxy S5. The Galaxy S6 Edge also enjoyed the title of Best New Handset of 2015 at current MWC.
