Xiaomi will be making two premium show ups next year. One will be introduction of alleged Xiaomi Mi5 black edition as leaks show on Weibo. Secondly, the brand is rumored to appear with its Mi5 in the upcoming CES 2015 in next few days. The alleged reports say that new edition will be similar to original Mi5. Hence it may be predicted that device’s display would be larger than that of Mi4, probably around 5.5 to 5.7 inches. It has a remarkably thin bezel, thinner than its predecessor. Visually there is a lot common between Mi5 and black edition, but one difference is the lit-up screen on new edition. Thus, on black one it is nearly impossible to spot the logo and the sensors and speaker position.

Further rumors also reveal the alleged specs and features. It has 4G LTE connectivity, a QHD display with a Snapdragon 805 SoC and at least 3GB of RAM. The rest of the specs are not leaked or officially confirmed. The alleged phone reality is still veiled, but a lot more will get unveiled as the CES approaches.
