UK government bans on end-to-end encryption.

With the increasing threats of terrorism UK government has blocked the access to its end-to-end encryption for WhatsApp.

The end-to-end encryption in the messaging app is the latest feature in WhatsApp and Apple iMessage which is now completely unacceptable by the UK government.

“We need to make sure that organizations like WhatsApp don’t provide a secret place for terrorists to communicate with one another,” Rudd told the BBC on Sunday. “[…] We need to make sure our intelligent services have the ability to get into situations like encrypted WhatsApp.”

Recently, MP Nadine Dorries also backed this voice “to keep our streets safe, we need to rise up against companies like Apple and WhatsApp who provide space and comfort to terrorists.”

Of course, there are people who are who have believe in civil right would oppose this resolution.

However, the UK government looks on strict implementation on subject and leaves no room for further interpretations.
