Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is one heck of a phone that puts butterflies into my stomach when I grab it and I am sure everyone having or might have experienced it, would mark the same words.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Review

This is no doubt, the World’s first dual-edged handset made to do marvels. At first the single edge was first introduced with Note edge, later the dual-edge was rumored with Samsung Galaxy S6 edge which is natural progression for Samsung’s edge technology.

With this kind of premium treatment definitely it is not inexpensive, rather you may find the device ultra-priced making it up to $1030 with 32GB version. If you fancy 64GB or even 128GB internal storage variant, they might will be up to $1120 and $1180. If you shop a bit more and move around you will find 64GB variant available at $915 off contract at official website.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge has come alongside Galaxy S6. So both are quite identical in terms of feature, specs and lags. The S6 Edge is slightly thicker (7mm vs 6.8mm), slightly lighter (132g vs 138g) and packs an ever so slightly bigger battery (2600mAh vs 2550mAh), but that’s it. Hence there is very little uncommon instead of the curved edged display which cost each customer $100 more for the S6 edged screen which is definitely hard to swallow and makes me scrutinize why Samsung made the other handset in the first place.

The misfortunes of Galaxy S6 edge is similar to those of Galaxy S6. Both metal unibody handsets have no microSD slots, and you may bother as with this price there is non-removable battery and lastly we have no resistance to dust and water (I am wondering how this premium handset left this one even if no one is bothered by this omission).

Galaxy S6 edge is again not high-end features packed in some plastic. It is metal design with one of the finest glass fixed in it. There were uproars of Cupertino iPhone’s influencing this handset and yes we are bit sure of it. The placement of the headphone jack, microUSB port and machine drilled speaker holes on the base mimic the iPhone 6, while the change from a volume rocker to separate metal keys on the left also suggests a Apple’s influence.

Samsung has lodged on the top an Infra Red blaster, handy for controlling your home entertainment systems.  In hand, the smartphone feels lush and curvy but at the same time slippery too. So you either have to keep it in a case or a textured body. Every user says there is high chance of phone getting slipped and one should worry as it’s curved edged, replacements could be rear.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is available in white, black, gold and green – and the latter three reveal just how much of a fingerprint magnet it is. Also the bulged camera out of rear is the least likely look I would imagine with such a striking handset. The touch-sensitive back and multi-tasking keys give me premium and resilient feel.

I would say that, whip the Galaxy S6 Edge out when you’re with your mates and they’ll all be clambering over you to get a peek of your new SpacePhone.
