Xiaomi Mi MIX is slow to its penetration worldwide which might seem strange, but the company heads are thinking differently. They may be looking for markets that are more responsive and profitable to Xiaomi Mi MIX.
It is also a bezel-less phone which makes it production likely to be slower. It has led to a snail-pace’s sale of the handset. After launching in select markets the handset has finally made its way to South Korea.
Most importantly, Sammy has recently launched its S8 flagship duo and this is the right time for Xiaomi to kick off its campaign to show some regional presence. The brains of Xiaomi Mi MAX won’t be the last handset to enter this market. We will also introduce rest of our current portfolio in South Korea.
