The Delhi High Court has temporarily banned a Chinese company for import and sale of One Plus One in India. The One Plus is also facing ban hammer of the after Xiaomi’s case.

Though the case has been temporarily resolved but the reason for ban comes entirely different. Xiaomi is found invading Ericsson’s Patents. One Plus is now

restricted to ship Devices with CyanogenMod on them despite exclusive deal of Micomax with Cyanogen. The complaint was certainly made by Micromax after which the One Plus is temporarily prohibited to sell and import devices with CyanogenMod in India. But the Company can sell its existing stock. There is also news that Company is working on its new Android ROM. which was expected to be launched later this month. With the ban in the light, the company will have to speed up its work on the ROM if it aims at selling phones in India as before.

Temporary ban on One Plus in India
