  MPC Team

Since the beginning of increased demand of data from the smartphone users, telecom providers had faced no other choice but to increase fair usage threshold for smartphone users, who comparatively use lesser data, on the expense of heavy data users.

At the moment, T-Mobile has been controlling data usage of customers who use more than 32GB data in single billing cycle. The other companies have however been maintaining this soft-cap at 25 to 30 GB of data.

However, as leaked by Android Central, T-Mobile will soon implement the soft-cap of 50GB data for each billing cycle. This has been named as ‘Fair Usage Threshold’ by T-Mobile.

This new data usage policy will be implemented from September 20. T-Mobile has also undoubtedly claimed to handler higher data capacity.

This can be another move on part of T-Mobile to add more perks and facilities vis-à-vis its data usage so as to attract more customers as well as build effective customer loyalty, which is good!
