Samsung’s Upcoming Smartphones may have 512GB Built-in Storage

Samsung is the South Korean tech giant, who has amazed everyone once more by declaring the world’s first massive production of 512GB embedded Universal Flash Storage (eUFS). In this advanced tech era, most of the smartphones are adorned with maximum internal storage of 128GB or 256GB including the devices such as iPhone 8 and Mate 10 Pro. The new 512GB chip of Samsung carries more than doubles the space of built-in storage of a today’s smartphone.

The new chip will compose of ‘eight 64-layer 512GB V-NAND’ chips and we will likely to see the Samsung’s forthcoming flagship devices to come with the new embedded chip making data storage enormous. Furthermore, the new eUFS arrives with more data storage space but it will come with the same physical size. Although companies mostly add an option of expandable storage via a microSD card slot, but still the built-in storage have its own advantages.
