Recently Survey Monkey has published a benchmark report showing the consumer loyalty ratings. It would not be surprising for the fans of Samsung that it tops Apple for consumer loyalty. However, Apple still is the most favorite in customer’s service satisfaction benchmarks.Survey Monkey surveyed 5000 people in 4th quarter of 2014. The survey was conducted for all electronics and software companies. The suggested average score in the consumer loyalty benchmark for such companies is 19 points, Apple earned 28 points and Samsung got 35 points and took the lead. Microsoft got points in negative and failed the test. In carriers, Verizon scored zero and AT&T got -10 points.
Another survey conducted showed Apple to be the leader in customer service satisfaction benchmarks. Apple got 41% of votes while Samsung ad Microsoft got 25% and 19% respectively. In carriers, Verizon got 44%and AT&T has 43% of votes.
