Samsung Galaxy Note 8 not Charging when Battery Drains Entirely

Many users have reported that they are not able to charge their Samsung Galaxy Note 8 devices once their battery reaches zero percent charging. The South Korean tech giant, Samsung has admitted the issue and it can be likely to provide warranty replacements. Samsung was last year in the headlines due to the battery explosion hazard with the Galaxy Note 7 smartphone.

The reports of Galaxy Note 8 have risen on the Community Forums of Samsung. The afflicted users have claimed that their Galaxy Note 8 devices are not charging after their battery drains entirely. According tothe most of reported cases, the Galaxy Note 8 becomes absolutely unresponsive and its notification LED light doesn’t demonstrate any signs of charging even when connected to its original charger.The Galaxy Note 8 users have tried to turn on their smartphone by booting into the Recovery menu by pressing the Volume Up, Power and Bixby/Home keys at the same time but they wereunsuccessful.
