After discontinuing S4 the Samsung Pakistan has recently asked for return of stock on its high-end device that was being received well by the market; Galaxy Note 4. The Note4 N910C name has been revolved among the Channel partners through e-mails and faxes for its stocks to be returned on 12^th of January, 2015 before 3:00pm. 

The companies usually do this at the end or in the beginning of year for devices who could either have successor in line or poor estimation of demand which results in unsellable stock. The more they remain on shelves, the more loss they can likely bring to company. At times, the technology becomes obsolete, but it doesn’t seem the case in Note 4.

We can probably say that the high end devices are not the cake for emerging markets these days; it is the QMobile, Huawei and Oppo that has stolen the show with its low to mid-range devices since the inception of affordable technology.
