Facebook has recently stopped the Messenger Day feature in its messaging application, as it will not feature two different stories in main Facebook page and the Messenger. Rather, it will now share the same story in both the platforms.

This would directly mean that from now the stories that you see in your messenger app will be the same that are featured already in the main Facebook app. So, if you are going to upload a story in one platform, then it will automatically be visible on the other one too. Moreover, if you open a story in one app, then is will automatically be marked as ‘read’ in the other app too.

This will make the user experience even more simple, as the user will not have to post the two different stories for friends, and one story will be shared across Facebook as well as Messenger.
