QMobile has officially launched the latest version of mid-range J-Series smartphone known as Noir J1. The most amazing thing about this smartphone it the price, i.e. just Rs. 9,650. This also makes Noir J1 as one of the cheapest cell phones in Pakistan that is also 4G supported.
