A very few smartphones with 512 MB RAM are left in the market. Interestingly most of them are from Lumia Line up. This is because Windows is such light operating system that helps Lumia to enjoy this Luxury. Microsoft recently introduces Lumia 435 and 532 with entry-level spec possessing 1GB RAM. This leaves only Lumia 530, 630 and 635 to contain 512 MB RAM. Recently, Microsoft has announced all WP8 phones to be upgraded to Windows 10 which can surely manage somewhat bigger RAM. That is why change of RAM in Lumia 635 seems inevitable. This will reduce the batter life of the smartphone from 25 days to 19 days. Initially Microsoft planned to run the Window 10 for similar RAM but later on changed its mind to spare some work in the future by bumping the capacity on some phones.

Lumia is LTE–enabled phone as an iteration of Lumia 630 with 4.5″ FWVGA display and a quad-core processor. The device is expected to appear on MWC. Names of selected markets aren’t revealed yet.
