OPPO will soon be releasing its two smartphones from R series. The device is making rounds on TENNA website which means the official announcement is not far off. The two handsets are named R8205 and R8200.
Both smartphone are identical with only one difference. Design-wise both smartphones come in shiny back-plate in blue or white with curved edges, similar to the design of OPPO R1. Both have 5-inch capacitive TFT display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Both are powered by an octa-core Cortex A7 CPU, clocked at 1.5GHz and have 16GB of onboard storage and 2GB of RAM.
Physical dimensions are 140.6×70.1×6.85 mm and weigh 130 gram. Each of the mobile has dual camera, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front snapper. The list of features also comes with lucrative connectivity options: 4G, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth v4.0, and a few standard sensors are G-Sensor, Gravity sensor, Proximity sensor, Light sensor.
The only major difference is that the R8205 will support CDMA networks. There is currently no accurate information about pricing of two siblings and their launch date.
