The Chinese smartphone maker has finally released the teaser that contains the official launch date of its next smartphone dubbed OnePlus 2. The OnePlus 2 will be announced on July 7, 2015 at 7 PM PT.

But there is more in the teaser than this. This is going to be OnePlus first product to launch in Virtual Reality. For this, the company has designed its own VR cardboard headset starting from existing designs but tailoring the experience for the upcoming OnePlus 2.

As for the OnePlus 2 launch is concerned, the virtual reality experience will let you “stand” next to the OnePlus team and other fans as the flagship model is unveiled. This will be entirely new way to look around and check a phone, and probably even find some hidden Easter eggs while you’re at it. Stay tuned to get more details in this chapter.
