Recently, we have learned via HMD Global, the Finnish Company, which will be launching Nokia Branded handsets this year that initially it will out four (as previously rumored) handsets of Nokia this year. However, as per new sources, Nokia will out its 6-7 handsets by the end of this year.

Two of these rumored phones are Nokia D1C and E1. The earlier one is the mid-ranger while the latter is rumored to be cheap with entry-level specs.

As per new report E1 will be the cheapest of HMD Global offerings this year. The handset is expected to go for sale at around $150.

The E1 is likely to come with either 5.2- or 5.3-inch display with HD (720p) resolution. Under the hood, will be 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with an Adreno 308 GPU. Inside is the 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory which is not expandable.

Camera-wise, it has a 13MP rear unit and a 5MP front facer camera for selfies and video chats. The good news is that you still get a 7.0 Android Nougat right out of the box even with the entry level offering.

Since HMD Global has announced to unveil its rest of portfolio at MWC, we expect the D1C and E1 to also get revealed in February 2017.
