A couple of days ago AnTuTu benchmark hinted for a device that is mini or either dubbed X version of the OnePlus. The device was even rumored a few days ago, now again it has surfaced confirming some old specs and revealing few new ones. With the screen size initially behind curtain, the little brother was rumored to pack 1080p display while running on MediaTek MT6795T chipset with an octa-core 2.2GHz.
Further, it was rumored to come with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The camera department carries a 13MP rear camera.
However, the new surfaced rumors give a bit idea of specs that are yet unwrapped and confirms old ones. The screen size is likely to be 5-inches with a pixel density of 441ppi.Furthermore, the display is said to be a 2.5D treated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 or 4. As far as the rear camera is concerned, it is expected to be Sony IMX258 sensor with f/2.0 aperture and you can capture a 4K video. Also, you can take a larger selfie with wide-angle lens of 5MP front shooter.
Rest of the specs are likely to include microSD card slot, a non-removable Li-Po (3000-3001)mAh battery, NFC, USB Type-C with Quick Charge 2.0, IR Blaster, and a front-facing speaker. To add fuel to fire, the rumor mill unveils that Mini OnePlus will come with dust and water resistance.
The price of the OnePlus Mini will be around $250, but as nothing is official, taking it as a pinch of salt.
