As far as the price is concerned, Lumia 640 XL carries a tag of $250 without contract and will set you back just $0.99 on a standard two-year contract. It is also available on the carrier’s Next plans for $8.34 per month on Next 24, for $10.42 per month on Next 18, and $12.50 per month on Next 12.

As far as the color options are concerned, the AT&T Lumia 640 XL is available in matte black and matte white colors.
