LG Display is planning OLED panels for its next flagships. The company also decides to supply the panels to the next generations of Xiaomi.

LG is also working to introduce the OLED panels LG V30, which might come with curved screen. The rumor has it that the company will drop its secondary screen, where the Always On Display is a nice substitute.

Xiaomi has already used LG display panels which are flexible. Google has currently injected $880 million for its Pixel 2 Phones. LG also partners with Apple for supplying OLED for its next anniversary iPhone.

Currently, LG is manufacturing 22,000 OLEDs a month. Even if it pumps its production, still we believe it could not fulfill Apple’s demand for first batch.

However, Tim Cook is partnering with other companies to meet this demand.
