The notch on top front side of the phone was first revealed by Apple. It was then followed by Huawei in P20 series, Oppo in R15 duo and then by Vivo in the V9 and X21 UD. Now, Xiaomi has also entered this notch race, and the new leak suggests that its upcoming Mi 7 is going to have the same notch on the front panel.

Here the comparison is made between the alleged glass panel of Xiaomi Mi 7 and the Vivo X21 screen. The former seems to come with the thinner bottom bezel along with 2.5D glass as well as the wide bezel that will be hiding one of the cameras. The front of Mi 7 will also come with one earpiece and a proximity sensor. Comparison further reveals that Xiaomi Mi 7 will come with a bigger screen-to-body ratio, i.e. about 85.2%.

On top of that, it is expected that Xiaomi Mi 7 will come with Snapdragon 845 SoC, and it will have the price tag of about $470. Moreover, it is expected to come with 5.65-inch display and 8GB RAM.
