The users will now be able to use the quick replies for creating the keyboard shortcuts in order to send the messages more frequently. On the other hand, the labels will allow the users to organize as well as quickly finding the customers as well as messages.

Moreover, the users will also be able to greet their customers with different and discreet greeting messages.
