After the launch of five smartphones in Pakistan, iNew is consistently expanding its presence in Pakistan. iNew has recently inaugurated a new Customer Care Centre to provide best after-purchase services to its customers. The Centre is located in Hassan Tower, Hafeez Centre, Gulberg, Lahore.

The ceremony was inaugurated by CEO Alan Chen and other executives and partner were also present at the time of opening. Mr. Alan Chen said, that this will act as a bridge between the company and the customer, moreover, it is platform for two-way communication.

The Customers Care Centre is designed to offer ample support with the product demo and servicing of gadgets. Customers’ queries will also be entertained by the staff. It is at the Centre of most happening market in Lahore and will remain open 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. The closing time will be 8:30pm, around.
