HTC has been planning to launch a rejuvenated version of M8 dubbed M8s.  The iteration comes with 13MP rear camera supporting video recording at 1080p@30fps. The front-facing camera is a 5MP shooter with 1080p video capture. No information has been confirmed as yet. It runs on Snapdragon 615 an octa-core processor Cortex-A53 cores with 2GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU.The M8s is launching in UK first at £380 which is quite close to original M8. Other European countries will also introduce M8s but no date of launch has been revealed. However, will it impact the sales of M9 is still unknown. As the price difference is huge and specs are not promising; M8s will easily be phased out in the flagship race just like M88.
