HTC introduces a new Desire 626 variants in India.

In order to bring more product variability to lure market, HTC has introduced another variant of Desire 626 in India. This is slightly a new iteration of the original one bringing a dual-SIM support of the Desire 626G+, but making it available with LTE connectivity.

The new Desire 626 introduces 5-inch 720p touchscreen. Moreover, it runs MediaTek MT6752 SoC with a 1.7 GHz octa-core CPU which comes with memory configuration of 2GB/ 16GB (expandable).  Further it is powered by 2,000mAh battery. Camera-wise, it has a 13 MP rear camera, and 5 MP front shooter.

Almost everything which is mentioned above can be seen in 626 range, but the software that boots the handset is different. The revamped Desire handset runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, with HTC Sense on top. The new device is likely to hit the subcontinent soon with the price tag of INR 14,990 – which roughly makes $220. The device is available in Blue Lagoon and White Birch color variant.
