HTC Amaze 4G is also known as HTC Ruby. It was launched in October 2011 in the North America. The Amaze 4G features a Qualcomm snapdragon S3 1.5 GHz dual core processor, a 4.3-inch QHD super LCD multi-touch display, and 1 GB of RAM. The HTC Amaze 4G was released with version 2.3.4 of the android operating system. Starting from May 21, 2012, some HTC Amaze devices were upgradeable to Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich. The HTC Amaze 4G also features a huge resource of aftermarket ROM’s. Here is the rooting method

First you Extract files from the Root Package to the Desktop of your Computer or a laptop

It will ask you for password. Enter androiddevices.com for your password

Now go to Menu>Settings>Applications>development >USB debugging and check the box

Now connect your phone with your computer using data cable

From the extracted files which you extracted go to Zerg rush root folder and then launch the ZergRushTempRoot.bat file

This will root your phone.  When the rooting is done disconnect your phone from your system
