With all the major smartphone brands to shine this MWC, why Huawei can be behind the scenes. Recently, the company has outed the news of Huawei Honor 8 Pro to showcase in the upcoming event. According to Russian website Hi-Tech, the Honor 8 Pro will be an international version of Honor V9.
Unlike the Honor 8 and Honor 8 Lite, the Honor 8 Pro is a high-end device.
Under the hood will be an octa-core 2.4 GHz Kirin 960 CPU. The device will have 5.7-inch Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) display, and ships with Android 7 Nougat. Honor 8 Pro will pack a beefy 6 GB of RAM, and internal 128GB storage which is expandable. The handset will get its life from 3900mAh battery. Camera-wise, it has a dual 12 MP back shooter just like Honor 8, with an 8 MP front-facer. Moreover, there’s a fingerprint scanner at the rear.
The Honor 8 Pro will be similar to V9, but will not have China Mobile Logo at the back. The release is likely to happen in March.
