Google has finally made official the most anticipated Google Pixel and the bigger Sibling Pixel XL. The company has finally made its own inside to outside built device to launch in San Francisco at mega event. Both handset exhibit powerful qualities with user friendly capabilities and is good looking, yet attractive and simple in nature.

Google Pixel will be smaller of the two handset. Display-wise, Pixel is 5-inch handset featuring AMOLED screen with a pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920. The bigger sibling Pixel XL has 5.5-inch with a heftier resolution of 1440×2560 with same AMOLED panel. Both used Corning Gorilla Glass 4 despite of the recently released Gorilla Glass 5 to protect display from scratches.

Innards-wise, the powerhouse running both handsets is the latest and fastest Snapdragon 821 Chipset. The Pixel and Pixel XL will be featuring 2.15GHz cores which get power from two low-power cores humming at up to 1.6GHz. The industry leading 4GB RAM provides seamless multi-tasking. Both phones will come with either 32GB storage or 128 GB internal memory (non—expandable).

Camera is priority these days for most manufacturers that is why Google boosts a lot about Pixel and Pixel XL. Their shooter, either front or back are built on Sony IMX378 image sensor technology, which means a 12.3MP with Phase-detection autofocus will come also featuring instant photos. The aperture will be f/2.0, which is widest up till now and we can see brighter picture in dim color conditions.

The Google Pixel and Pixel XL will soon hit markets worldwide – both unlocked and via carriers. In US initially Verizon will sell it at $27.08 and $32.08/ month, respectively. It is also listed on the carrier’s web page. You can also grab the handset from Rogers, Telus, Bell, or Wireless Wave in Canada. Unsurprisingly, you can but the handset from Play Store and it is also on pre-order Live from US. The Pixel is initially priced at $650 while the Pixel XL will set you back for $770 (Both for base variant). Spend another $100 if you are interested in 128GB.
