Recently, numerous users have reported in India that the final Android Oreo update is actively rolling out to their Xiaomi Mi A1 smartphones. Xiaomi has launched the Mi A1 smartphone based on Android One in association with Google in September 2017. The device was released with Android 7.1 Nougat, but the Xiaomi had promised to roll-out Android Oreo update by the end of year 2017. So, finally Xiaomi has released the stable build version of Oreo after beta software testing at the start of December 2017.

This Oreo update weighs in more than 1GB so it’s actually a large download. The update brings the December security patch as well. However, it’s not sure whether the stable build deliversthe fast charging support that was available in the former beta build.

Moreover, the users who will update are expecting to see the standard new Oreo features such asthe notification dots, lighter User Interface color, Night Light mode,Auto Fill in apps, Picture-in-Picture mode and much more.
