Famous Pakistani Scientist Atta-ur-Rehman has been made the head of UNO Science, Technology and Innovation Committee.

Before that he was also a chairman of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and is also former minister of Science and technology in Pakistan.

Doctor Atta-ur-Rehman has been designated as a Head of UNO Science, Technology and Innovation Committee.

The first session of the Committee will be held in Bangkok under Atta-ur-Rehman supervision. The aim of the committee is to promote science and technology in member countries.

Dr. Atta-ur-Rehman is qualified PHD degree holder from Cambridge in Organic Chemistry. He has also done SCD from the same university.
