BlackBerry has started pre-orders of Priv at its online store, but, this doesn’t mean if you order Priv today, you will get it by tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.Because of not very high anticipated demand, the company is stuck on the production side with many orders coming in, thereby increasing the likelihood of delay in Priv, starting today. If you placed an order you will likely to get it by November 23.

It is noteworthy that all is valid for pre-orders through BlackBerry‘s online store in the US, UK, and Canada. Apart from these, other companies in other location have all had their own stock allocations which can be different.

BlackBerry might have used this as marketing tactic “demand greater than supply” as it did not mention how many smartphones of Initial batch are sold and shipped. Moreover, it is also holding back the real figures of the data that estimates true market position of Priv’s sale.
