Back Up Any of Your File from Computer via New Google Drive App

The app will save files and pictures which won’t be in the Drive already. Later Google will scan the user device and the files would be backed up. They could be accessible on any other device which would be sync to the service.

June 28^th is the app launch date which is also the Google Drive Mac/PC updated version.
