Apple iPhone has not been predicted to come high this year. There will be no surprises though Tim Cook did give glimpses of what the next iPhone could be. Moreover, there were screen that could be edged as rumored by Evan Blass and more.  For iPhone 8, however, there is a different strategy. There could be 360 degree overhaul of design. It will not only pack AMOLED displays but can come with edged screen as well.

Of course this cannot be done overnight, as there could be hitches and glitches in the work that need to be closely watched. As per report Samsung has already shipped 40 million AMOLED units for the 2017 alleged iPhone 8 Plus model. In 2018, the batch will ultimately grow 80 million, and 120 million the year after.

Currently, giant OLED makers are collaborating with Cupertino giant including Samsung, Sharp, JDI, AUO and LG, which have been speculated to be in talks.
