LG has been lately very active in category of entry-level Android phones. We can see the latest LG X300 and Aristo in lights, where the earlier was launched in South Korea and the latter is listed in US and sells via MetroPCS and T-Mobile.

If we compare devices, LG X300 comes with 2GB RAM but Aristo is a bit modest and encompasses 1.5GB RAM. Now another affordable smartphone has recently emerged on the Horizon. The smartphone dubbed X230 can be the lighter version of LG X300.

The device recently visited Bluetooth SIG, which means it’s close to its official release.  However, this listing does not reveal any major specs, but, thankfully, we do have some information from the Geekbench, which happened not long ago.

Apparently, LG X230 runs on a MediaTek MT6737M CPU, where it has 1GB of RAM. The handset will sadly ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow which is unlike X300 and Aristo that have Nougat 7.0 pre-installed.

Meanwhile, a global launch coming up, while there are no words on price and availability. So, stay tuned to read more as the smoke build up.
