In October, we had got the iOS 11.0.2 update from Apple in which the issue concerning cracking sounds in iPhone 8 duo was resolved. However, now it seems that iPhone X has also got the same issue. Many iPhone X users have complained about the buzzing and cracking sound appearing to come out from earpiece speakers whenever there is higher volume in calls, playback or when the users are listening to the music.

One user has even claimed that there is only little cracking sound appearing to come out whenever the volume is raised to the optimal level. Moreover, this buzzing sound was noticed in particular songs and ringtones, and they were in those units that were specifically purchased from the Apple Store.

One view is that this sound might also be due to the distortions that are heard whenever the user is experiencing higher volumes. Lastly, owing to the diversity of media played in the phone, it is probable that issue would be in software or hardware.
