- You can subscribe to Advance Balance by dialing *112# or send “AB” to 7676
- If you send any other keywords or even a blank SMS to 7676 will get you subscribed to this service.
- You can Unsubscribe to Advance Balance by dialing *112*4# or send UNSUB to 7676
- There are no charges for sending SMS to 7676 but service charges charged only on successful Advance Balance.
- You need to clear any pending Advance Balance amounts before applying for additional loans.
- Service charges shall be applicable over and above the Advance balance amount.
Regular Loan:
- Subscription charges are Rs. 2.75+tax
- Customer will get a balance of Rs. 15
- Customer balance should be less than Rs. 15 in order to avail this service
- You can receive only one advance of Rs. 15 till the time of next recharge, within the subscription’s validity period.
- Once you have subscribed for Advance, the service will be available for the next 4 hours and you can receive an advance whenever your balance falls below Rs.15, provided the previous advance has been repaid.
Super Loan:
- Subscription charges are Rs. 5+tax
- Customer will get a balance of Rs. 30
- In order to avail the service again subscriber must perform a recharge of Rs. 50 or more
- Customer balance should be less than Rs. 15 in order to avail this service
