Just one week after Sony Xperia X Compact become official, Sony as started selling the handset. However, currently it only selling in UK, but we can safely assume that customers in other markets will shortly be able to grab one as well.

If you are living in UK, you can buy Sony Xperia X Compact from Carphone Warehouse, O2, EE, giffgaff, and Mobiles.co.uk. The unlocked handset will cost you £359.99 (which is round $478 in US dollars).

For now, the Sony Xperia X Compact boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow, but soon or later it will be upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat. The Sony Xperia X Compact has hexa-core Snapdragon 650, under the helm. The phone packs 4.6-inch display with pixel resolution of 720 x 1280. The other specs include 23 MP rear camera, with 3 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of expandable internal storage.

The notable thing is that the Xperia XZ, won’t be out until October. Both the Sony Xperia X Compact and Xperia XZ will hit US (unlocked), but there is no word on when it is going to happen.
