Microsoft has Launched New Smartphone App ‘Kaizala’ Exclusively for India

Microsoft has launched a latest smartphone app dubbed as Kaizala in India. Microsoft Kaizala has developed for the purpose of conducting large group communications and to manage work efficiently in the organizations and businesses. The Microsoft Kaizala is available for download at a free of cost for both iOS and Android users. Moreover, Kaizala Pro, the paid commercial version for company level is also launched.

For using Microsoft Kaizala, the user first needs to register him by using his or her mobile number, which will be used as the unique primary ID. Kaizala app is powered by Azure, the Microsoft’s cloud platform, so it also comes with proper security. By using Microsoft Kaizala, users in the groups can share documents such as Power Point Presentations and Excel sheets, make activity cards to do different tasks and also conduct announcements, polls and surveys.

All the files shared within the group can be commented on, shared and liked by the users. Kaizala have an amazing feature of adding members in large number. The President of Microsoft India, Anant Maheshwari said that the quantity of members in one group can go up to millions of member.

The Kaizala has developed to work offline and on 2G network as keeping in mind India’s poor internet connectivity. Maheshwari said that this is exclusively ‘Made for India’ app, and there are no further plans to launch it globally.

The Microsoft Kaizala Pro can be purchased for INR 130 per month. It has launched with more features like system integration, user and group management, and automation using Microsoft Kaizala APIs. The users can also publish custom actions, perform advanced reporting and analytics, create public groups and much more.
