As reported earlier, even before the launch, that LG G4 may not hit the anticipated sales targets resulting in downturn. Very recently a report also suggest similar trends. The company is doing far below expectations in terms of sale of its latest flagship.

As per report the Korean giant managed to sell only 240,000 unit till the end of June which means a 3500 and 3800 units a day. Though this is not a bad situation for LG but it is quite modest against the 1.3 million sale of Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge approximately for the same period in South Korea.

LG G4 falls short of expectation for sales.

This report is published in the light of LG’s expectations to sell up to 70 million smartphones this year including 12 million LG G4. But the way things are changing, it is very likely that the tech giant has to re-consider its initial forecasts.
