It was revealed for the first time in previous week that Google plans to expand its Assistant feature this year. It was then said that there will be 25 languages supported by this feature by the end of this year. Today, Google has announced that it will be supporting more than 30 languages in its Assistant feature by the end of this year. This will then make the Google Assistant eligible to about 95% of all the Android devices used worldwide.

The new languages to be added are Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Hindi, Swedish and Thai. Both iOS and Android will be getting this update.

Moreover, Google Assistant will also become multilingual by the end of this year, and this means that the user would be able to speak in more than languages even without changing the setting every now and then. This further means that the user will be understanding this all very fluently and that too in more than one language.

This feature will first be rolled for Germany, UK and France.
