Xiaomi Mi Max 2: New Storage Variant to be Available from September 20

Xiaomi has released a new storage variant of Xiaomi Mi Max 2 in India. This new Xiaomi model comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage capacity, and it is priced at INR 12,999. The new variant of Mi Max 2 will go on sale at 12:00 p.m. from September 20 via Mi.Com, Amazon India, and all across the Xiaomi stores ‘Mi Home’. The company had unveiled the Mi Max 2 back in July with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage, priced at INR 16,999.

Just to refresh, the dual-SIM Xiaomi Mi Max 2 runs MIUI 8 on the basis of Android 7.1.1 Nougat. It has a 6.44-inch full-HD display and it is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC teamed up with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB RAM.

In term of optics, the Mi Max 2 comes with a 12MP rear camera with a PDAF, f/2.2 aperture, Sony IMX386 sensor, and dual-LED flash. On the front side, it has a 5MP camera with real-time beautification options and f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone houses a 5300mAh battery which supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The Mi Max 2 weighs 211 grams and measures 174.1×88.7×7.6mm.
