Sony started beta testing of Xperia Beta Home special launcher in October 2014, we must say, it is one of the longest beta tests looking into the history, until now when the final version is out. You can get the app from Google+ community, though it’s still running in beta phase but Sony has made it available at the Play Store.

Beta version will be accessible to the users having handsets of Xperia XAI, XAI Ultra, XZs and XZ Premium which is the latest high end addition. Uodated 10.2.A.3.20 version of the Beta Home app comes with improvements e.g. performance and bug fixes.

Settings menu is reshuffled or can say neatly organized, also the app launcher stage icons are in-line with desktop grid.

Xperia Beta Home is labeled as beta, so user might experience some glitches while using it. Also, to remind again, this app is only for specific Sony handsets but since the app is on Play Store so the release could be expected real soon.
