We almost forgot the P1 and yes we can, as the long lost name was least heard by us very recently. It is none other than the name of Nokia’s next offering in line. If you remember, the company did reveal something about handset last summer.

Rumor has it: Nokia will launch its P1 at MWC 2017.

The Nokia P1 will be a high-end offer that will include some reflections and technology of Sharp Aquos Xx3, a smartphone released half year ago. However, Nokia P1 will offer advanced specs and will come with hefty Snapdragon 835 SoC, with 6 GB RAM and 256 GB of native storage. Camera-wise, it has 22.6 MP back shooter with Zeiss certification.

Rest of the features include 5.3-inch display with either a pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920, or 1440 x 2560), fingerprint sensor (strangely on the right), and for longer life span a 3500mAh battery.

The Nokia P1 will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat and will cost you $800 for 128 GB model, and $950 for the 256 GB one.

Well these rumors are nascent and we are not sure of their authenticity at any level. But factually, HMD Global the sole partner in marketing and distribution has confirmed its presence at MWC 2017. So we do expect a big scoop of some amazing ice cream coming up.

Keep reading for more on Nokia and its next plans.
