Samsung has suspended the shipments of Galaxy Note 7 after recent explosion incidents while charging. The company has halted shipments to various Telecom in South Korea according to Yonhap News Agency.
The company is receiving reports of malfunctioning just after 5 days of its launch, but the company did not seem to react to this situation.
Although the Galaxy Note 7 is enjoying humungous pre-orders which crossed 400,000 units sold in 19 August in homeland. The device has been immensely appreciated both hardware and software-wise.
However, this unfortunate incident has turn the course of matter. Currently, the shipments have been halted and pre-orders are on hold. The matter is under scrutiny and as per few reports the new branded handset has also fallen victim to a bug in software that crashes the system.
Speaking to the News Agency, the Sammy Rep said that the shipment has not been suspended and the incidents of explosion are of unusual nature.
