This update will only help enabling 4G on the Lumia smartphone which already has an LTE hardware. As no official list has been revealed as to which Lumia models will be receiving the updates but yes there are many consumer reports predicting the model names depending on their capability. First comes the Lumia 930 and Lumia 1520. Other viable candidates seem to be the Lumia 735, 830, 1320, 1020, as well as the new 640 and 640 XL and probably many others.

So if you are from India and having an OTA a few days ago on your Lumia, you may check Lumia setting as it might have a 4G option now enabled in it. The OTA might run in Pakistan soon as it is also a growing 4G market and offers a lot of room for LTE investment.
